- How long have you been working with Availpro?
We have been successfully working together since June 2017.
- Why did you decide to choose them?
We had never worked with a channel manager before. We were cautious about which product to choose from a wide offer in the market. Availpro met our requirements as a modern, innovative and simple platform, and at the same time it beat all expectations soon after company representatives made their introduction to the software.
- Which products do you use from the software suite?
At the moment we are using Smart Channel Manager, but planning to expand our partnership with other products.
- What was the issue you were experiencing before choosing Availpro?
Time is the most valuable factor during our daily planning. It became more difficult to manage our channels manually as we wanted to grow our portfolio with additional distribution channels. Availpro had connections to all desired partners.
- What was the biggest impact on your business after selecting Availpro as your partner?
We now have more time to focus on and improve our direct bookings. Direct bookings grew significantly last year. Also results improved from several OTAs and B2B partners. Reception and reservations staff (overall daily operations) became more efficient.
- What are the main benefits of Availpro?
Sales have improved as well as hotel visibility through more channels sold. There is great customer service, together with quick response time to all connected channels, which overall makes this user-friendly software unique!
- Are there any tools or enhancements you would like to see made?
Automatic payments would ease and improve hotel service overall. There is no doubt that Availpro will come up with best solutions also in this area!
- If you had to recommend Availpro to another property, what would you say?
This is a no-brainer. Take a chance, save your costs and time, and focus on the most important aspect – to be as good hotelier as you can be!.

I have graduated from University of Latvia in 2011. Holding a degree in tourism and hotels management.
