I have been working with Availpro since February 2018.
- Why did you decide to choose them?
Soňa Korecová, Availpro sales manager from Slovakia, visited us to present different products. She visited twice, and assured me she had the solutions to my problems.
- Which products do you use from the software suite?
The Smart Channel Manager.
- What was the issue you were experiencing before choosing Availpro?
We were using a channel manager from another provider, but after many problems that we tried to solve almost every week for two years, we finally gave up this fight. Many hotel reservation sites have phone numbers but you are always waiting 30 minutes until someone picks up the phone. Then once you’ve explained the problem, they say: “Please, write an email to us” or “Wait I will reconnect you to responsible person” and you are waiting another 30 minutes. This is inacceptable. To find a solution for any kind of small problem, it takes in average two weeks. I thought this might be the same with Availpro – but absolutely now. The Availpro team answers all my questions.
