- When did you start to work with Availpro? Why did you decide to choose them?
We started working with Availpro in August 2015. The system was implemented throughout our network by 31 December 2015. There were several reasons for this decision such as the proven performance of Availpro’s Smart Channel Manager on the market (a significant amount of feedback from our OTA partners), the combination of a booking engine/channel manager solution that nobody else was offering, as well as the development and adaptation potential of their tools to our business constraints.

There were three main problems. The slowness of stock and rate updates on the OTA (sometimes several minutes), the opaqueness of mapping and connectivity, and the lack of transparency about bugs and their resolution.

The automatic integration of bank cards in the PMS, real-time updates of stocks and rates, and the optimized user experience (planning + channel manager).
