Because it was recommended to me and because of the excellent price/performance ratio. The most important thing for us was uncomplicated, fast processing. The second most important aspect was support and assistance for staff. Our confidence in the product is restored and we thank Rita and Norman for this first and foremost.

Our previous Channel Manager provided completely wrong data or would indicate available rooms to the OTAs even though we were fully booked. This had to be put to an end. Availability and prices were also incorrectly stated. Support needed 48 hours to respond which is far too long in today’s society.
