H-Top Hotels Group choose Availpro’s Smart Channel Manager

On 14 October, H-Top Hotels Group, a leading hotel group in Spain, chose Availpro’s Smart Channel Manager to enable its 14 hotels to manage their online bookings on distributor websites. Strongly established in Spain especially in the Costa Brava, Costa Maresme/Barcelona & Costa Daurada, the H-Top Hotels Group needed to acquire a technological tool adapted to its aspirations. Thanks to Availpro’s Smart Channel Manager, its hotels can now manage all of their distribution channels in a single interface.

H-Top Hotels uses Availpro to support its expansion

To date, the 14 hotels in the Group have been managing the online distribution of their 3,900 rooms manually or using one-way updaters via 10 different channels, which made management cumbersome. This time-consuming practice resulted in lost bookings or overbooking because of the processing delay. After two months of successful testing, the Group’s aim of optimizing productivity using technological tools adapted to its ambitions led to the acquisition of Availpro’s solution. The centralized management will enable hotels to benefit from a central inventory of their available rooms.

The main reasons for choosing Availpro ranges from the sales follow-up, to the support provided to hotels in the Availpro system and the deployment of connectivity using channels ensured by Availpro teams. Jordi Marin, Chief Marketing Officer of H-Top Hotels Group, explains this choice: “The Availpro real time connectivity with all the online distribution channels offers us a greater security in the control of our inventory available online.”

Availpro carves out a niche for itself as an important hotel chain service partner

Thanks to its collaboration with Availpro, H-Top Hotels can now manage its sales on 15 Internet channels or more (e.g. Booking, Atrapalo, Venere, Expedia, Orbitz, Laterooms, HRS, Hotel.de, Lastminute) simply via the Availpro planning.
