    • How long have you been working with Availpro? Why did you decide to choose them?
      We have been working with Availpro since 2016. The business was growing and we felt it was necessary to find a tool to help us with our daily tasks. We decided to move on with Availpro due to the many services it easily provides.
      One of the most important features about Availpro is how easily we can manage our prices and minimum stays, and stop sales and offers in real time.
    • Which products do you use from the software suite?
      We use Channel Manager and RateScreener. The latter tool allows us to compare our performance against our competitors.
    • How long have you been working with Availpro? Why did you decide to choose them?
      We’ve been with Availpro since April. We chose them after a recommendation from our PMS provider. We then met with Mr Halek from Availpro, and had a very friendly and professional meeting. At first I thought there might be problems with the set-up, but the Availpro staff was very helpful. If there was anything wrong, they’d fix it.
    • What was the issue you were experiencing before choosing Availpro?
      Before Availpro, we were forced to manage all of our extranets, one by one (prices, offers, minimum stays and stop sales).
    • What was the biggest impact on your business after selecting Availpro as your partner?
      With Availpro we can manage everything in just one place, meaning we can now use our time more effectively to analyse and improve our revenue management among other daily tasks.
      Also, the fewer channels you have to manage, the fewer mistakes you make. All channels are managed equally, so all of our partners are competitive at the same level.

Carla joined Vidamar Hotels & Resorts in 2016 as Sales Executive. Her main duties are to manage online partners, planning and to identify business opportunities in target markets.
