    • How long have you been working at the hotel?
      I’ve been working at the hotel since July 2014.

    • Tell us about your hotel
      Jupiter Hotéis Group is located deep in the heart of Lisbon, with the new Jupiter Lisboa Hotel, as well as in the Algarve, at Praia da Rocha, with the recently renovated Jupiter Algarve Hotel (AKA Hotel Jupiter). Jupiter Hoteis Group is planning to open a new four-star hotel this year ,Jupiter Marina Hotel, which will also located in the Algarve, at Portimão.
    • How long have you been working with Availpro? Why did you decide to choose them?
      We have been working with Availpro since December 2015. We chose Availpro mainly because of Positive feedback from other hoteliers and from our PMS provider (InovGuest).
    • What were the problems you were experiencing before choosing Availpro?
      Resources optimization at the reservation department. Before choosing Availpro, we were facing lots of connectivity issues, poor customer services, normally provided in a distant call center, and also poor PMS interface. 
    • What would you say to anyone considering partnering with Availpro?
      Availpro offers a great customer service. The Portuguese team is always ready to help and solves any issue very quickly. If Availpro connects to your PMS, don’t look any further.

Hélio joined Jupiter Hotéis in 2014 and is managing revenue and ecommerce for the hotels. He graduated from Universidade do Algarve in Hotel Management.
