    • How long have you been working with Availpro? Why did you decide to choose them?
      Since June 2015. Previously I had worked with other channel managers but never Availpro. It was a decision made by the hotel owners along with me. The reasons were price, as well as the support provided for set-up and start.
    • What was the issue you were experiencing before choosing Availpro?
      Lack of assistance in key moments and impersonal, poorly qualified staff located on the other side of the world.
    • What was the biggest impact on your business after selecting Availpro as your partner?
      There is no doubt it is the time optimization, being able to guarantee my sales at any time on many different channels and the PMS automatic update through the connectivity.
    • Is there anything that makes Availpro seem unique?
      The team members. A channel manager, as any other software company, is expected to be effective, quick, and optimized. But as any machine, it is only as good as the people behind it.
    • Are there any tools or enhancements you would like to see made?
      They don’t send reports regarding the changes done, also nowadays it is essential to have a mobile app to be able to easily work with the channel manager anywhere. Control equals efficiency.
    • What would you say to anyone considering partnering with Availpro?
      If on Sunday their system goes down and if currently they have to cross their fingers with their channel manager and call the support and someone from the other side of the planet without having any clue tries to help him – there is a channel manager called Availpro with whom this wouldn’t happen. It is up to them!
